Hi

If you intend to have artificial heating inside the loft fine

Tryed insulating a loft 20 odd years ago. Roof, walls and floor

Problem was it worked like a vacuum flask

Even with the sun directly on it stayed very cold inside

I used for the walls 2.5 inch polystyrene between the uprights then 6mm ply

on the inside

Cheers
