look for a local saw mill get some tanalised planks not much different to the scaffold boards :)

hi see your looking for scaffold planks i got some from guy on ebay in really good condition . from place in manchester has a mill yard with hundreds try him tel 07774281323 he will cut them to any size you want ..not sure but may be pick up only i collected mine

Hi guys i am looking for 8ft scaffolding boards ive searched hi and low i'm willing to pay good money need roughly 20 and advice would be handy but have had no luck so far

he wants them for his loft base , i used tanalised boards as should last at least 20 years id need a new loft before base went , pic below :)

Think there needs to be some rules against you posting pictures Mark :lol:

 

I used railway sleepers they were not that dear and will outlast me never mind the loft

was just showing the tanalised boards at bottom of loft , if your going to build a base , build a good un , or get someone in to build it fer ya like i did lmao :D:lol::lol::lol:

Yeah sapper i want them for the new loft i have got 16 bit that will only give me 12 ft so need more looking for another 16 so i have a 24 bu 8

my loft is 28 ft 4 sections , 2 sections 8ft x 6ft , 2 sections x 6ft x 6ft will be altering front after new year :)

TOOSHY BOY .MY LOFT IS 16.AND FEET IHAVE 10.METAL8.FOOT BATONS AND SCAFFOLD FOR MY WALK WAY AT THE FRONT OF MY LOFT.THEY ARE GREAT.MY SON WORKS AT WHITE LINNING THE ROADS. I GET THE NON SLIP STUFF ..////ALL THE BEST HOPE YOU GET THEM.TOOSHY BOY.////

well im putting mini avairys on front of each section so birds can bath , im doing this because i dont like the sputniks they hold water i prefer a mesch bottom :) each avairy will allow me to insert a race basket for basketing ( birds will think there going out ) also creating one entrance with ets pad so all birds will only ever use the one entrance :)

yup this is downsized compared to allotment one , i have no other loft :)
