Nice job but if you let those joists show through the tounge and groove,what stops the rainwater travaling back into the loft ::)

I did this all from scratch Dovscot,

Asha the joist are going to get covered up with chips or slabs and some plant pots. Also what you can t see on the photo is the big wall stoping any driving rain,,
