Although I've not done as well in y/bird racing as previous years I've every confedence they'll turn out more than decent as old birds. I'm very happy with this years kit of youngsters.

Bought in some Jan Aardans from Cornwall, had a 1st and a couple cards so fairly pleased with them ;)

well bought in a pair of latebreds tumley janssen for the distance and crossed them into mine but only there first year and got one to fly every race piont to 164 mile and sopped s happy with that have another to fly 2 races and lost 2 so 50% happy i suppose see how hey do next year :rolleyes:

 

but recenntly got in 6 new stock B)

and getting another pair and thats it for next year

its coming to the end of the year how have your young birds done off new stock that you bought in last year have they been a success or are you disappointed

bought in some van loons also karel boeckx had to wait two years for to be able to select what i wanted from stock loft at karels very happy bred winners straight away fantastic sprint up to200 miles at present giving my vanloons a good runboth families over ten wins so far plus fed wins and one week 1234 in federation birds came together two vanloons two boecks so yes they have been a success dom

Overall very pleased. I thought if i could get the YBs to 120 miles and have half left would be pleased, but ended up with 75% and they had a lot toughter time than i can ever of imagined.
