there was an add in B.H.W.  2 weeks back for some water damaged dowelling ,red star lofts . gotta worth a phone call . best of luck .                 andy.

red star lofts some times advertise them in the homing world, failing that rv wood craft sell them

why dowling mate as  that ill cost yeh about  Â£120 quid out of b@q go to a wood yard and get then to split 2"x1" up the middle  then  hand sand it  the edges  for about  Â£8

thanks for the feedback ill have a look the 2x1 might also be an idea itll keep our lass busy

you could also use the washing line just weave it in and out of the wholes you would make for the dowling

some people use it for false ceiling on apex lofts just alot cheaper than dowel and mesh

It normally comes in 8ft or 2.4m lengths so you will have a lot or wastage, get dressed redwood in 4.8m lengths and get it split into 1.6m, a lot stronger and cheaper than dowel
