had a pigeon in my garden for above a week.. NEHU2010tv1590 .. now got it in a box will someone give me advice please

Welcome to Pigeon Basics , firstly thank you for taking care of this bird , secondly the bird maybe stamped on its wing with its owners phone number , hopefully someone will be on with the club details shortly , however the bird will require food and water so some rice or dried peas will suffice or some wild bird seed

we just outside pontefract ..... no stamp on its wings as we checked that .. gonna put some sugar in its water but it got loads of wild bird seed in with it

no injury as far as i can tell.. been trying to catch the bird for a week as did not want to leave it on the lawn as we have a cat problem . been in touch with the secretary and they gonna get back to me... just given it som sugar water and think it looks a little better than yesterday.
