Hi,

 

We've had a pigeon roosting on our windowsill for almost a week now. GB10 F 5615. It also has a purple ring with a 6 on it. It looks quite healthy. We've tried & failed 3 times to catch it. We know very little about pigeons. There's a recently cut cornfield next door & it seems to fly there during the day & back to us for the night. We haven't fed it as we thought it was more likely to stay if we did. There was a second pigeon with it over the weekend, but I only see 5615 today. The other one roosted on the roof so we couldn't see the number. We're near Birr, Co. Offaly in Ireland. Will try again to catch him tonight. You can call us on 00 353 87 6419514.
