Wiley Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 What organisation sends out its rings first to individual members, as im intending to breed very early for next season so i need my rings as early as possible? Normally used to recieve RPRA ones about 3-5 of Janurary but in this case i dont think it would be early enough for me?
