Ive heard someone saying the same thing before..  It can effect the moult mate plus its not natural for them anyway not to have complete darkness  to rest properly so I would try and do something about it if I was you.

i hve some one next to me with a 500 watt light shining right into my loft off and on all night long it puts the birds off asked him to tilt it and he said he could not air gun soon ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
