Can any one tell me about this flyer and his birds please.

les flew in the childwall fc liverpool amal and northwest combine,his birds were proctor smith grizzles ,sion,and later the de weerds all of which won well in his hands.

Had a few of them about 20 year ago..as Jimmy says some lovely grizzles in them and won well for us ..one cock I gave my mate bred an Nipa Open winner and 5th open Skibbereen Ob Derby in the Nipa

When I first started with pigeons in the early 60's Les flew in partnership with his dad and were without doubt the best in Liverpool at any distance,Les was also a very good friend of another Liverpool ace Albert Tarleton.

Les passed away some years ago.

 

Does any body know a Mr., G.Bebbington, I beleive he had some of his birds, so thank you again in the hope that you can help with this information, best wishes,
