DAVIDL Posted July 22, 2010 Report Posted July 22, 2010 can anyone tell me how/why im getting emails sent to me from this site every time there is a new topic/reply posted on site........ive asked this question before but whatever i do to deactivate this doesnt work. at the moment i have 1084 emails notifying me of new replies...
THE FIFER Posted July 22, 2010 Report Posted July 22, 2010 you go to your settings m8 and stop that, you must have it set to inform you,take the tick out the box "notify me by e-mail when i get a personal message" this is what is on your settingsIf selected, your DST setting is automatically adjusted when you next load the board index Currently in DST?Is DST currently in effect? Personal Messenger Options Disable my personal messenger If you disable your personal messenger, you will not be able to start or participate in personal conversations. Notify me by e-mail when I get a new personal message Enabling this option will send an email notification of any new personal messages sent to you. Notify me on the board when I get a new personal message Enabling this option will alert you of a new personal message when you visit the board Posting Settings
