Found Pigeon Gb10 V 25976

I found a pigeon with the following tag clipped to it's leg: GB10 V 25976.

 

It was on our roof for a few days prior to it being located in the garden, who's was it and where did it fly in from?

Hi Andrew, it will probably be a bit later on today before you get a reply when folks get home from work, I am only guessing but I have just had a stray come in with a v ring and its from Telford, so its probably from that area, in the meantime if you make sure the bird has a clean drink of water and if you have any wild bird seed or even some rice, it will keep him going until he can be picked up, Well done for looking after him mate, all the best Chris.
