I got a pigeon yesterday from brighton lost more than a week ago from deep in france landed on on the heli deck a knew he was a good un just by the look of him .Flights scorched on one wing and both rings missing .The owner is absolutly raging about it . It was his best cock and fav,He got 2 birds at the weekend olso missing for a week and more minus there ets rings .must have been someone in france as it was very windy from south on sat when birds came back they must have been in someones loft bad sports to say the least!

Anyone else had this happen over years?

Fortunately I have never had a bird return to the loft with its life ring removed, however I have had ETS rings removedhttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/angry.gif I believe this will continue until we have an option to have life rings with a permanent chip fixed into it, this however will not stop those idiots who remove life rings from birdshttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif
