fred x Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 I fill so ashamed that some IDIOT or IDIOTS Smashed the windows in our German Club mate's car because it had German number plate on it . We are not in the 1930 now it was a game of football & sport. I wonder what would had happened if he and his English wife was in the car at the time. what is this county coming to. God help us

God help us I like most enjoy a bit of football banter, however I totally disagree with people who take it to this extreme, at the end of the day it is only a gamehttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif AS YOU SAY, "IDIOTS"

God help us quite agree....football brings out the best and worst in people. looking at some of the posts we've had about the england game...and some of it is so sad. football should be about friendly rivalry...not hate. i think thats why alot of people turn their backs on it

Guest spin cycle Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 i'm not against the rivalry and banter. when i used to go and watch city regularly we used to have a drink with the away fans.... then shout abuse at each other in the ground...and go home happy. its a sort of outlet/therapy. i remember one time we were having a laugh with some barnsley fans when another barnsley fan came over and gave my mate some stick...the other barnsley lads picked him up and through him out ...terrific
