Speedy Couriers

Well what can i say about this new oufit ??? well two members bought birds from me and as were north of the boarder and these were recomended on site one decided to book with them and the other i told they were collecting from me so they decided to go with them as well , waited in all day Wednesday no phone call no collection , so got on to member and told him had waited in all day no collection Wednesday nor Thursday late last night member told me they had a problem with a driver and would collect this morning . This morning came knock at door yup courier told him one minute as was getting ma shoes on for loft walked up to car asked for boxes , he replied 'Boxes' i said aye to put birds in , he replied 'i aint got none just doing a favour for a friend whilst hes on holiday' , i then replied ' i thought you were a courier what are you going to put birds in ???? ' shruggs shoulders , luckly enough had one single bird box and another old box in shed which i made plenty of holes in added my own cut straw to , so anyone wanting a speedy courier this is certainly one to avoid !!!! , normaly i would refrain from posting bad comments about couriers up , however turning up 2 days late without boxes shows a lack of commitment and professionalism i just hope the birds arrive at there destinations

Same couriers were meant to pick up a stray scottish pigeon we reported a few days ago, they left a message when we were in bed that they would pick the bird up around midnight,well obviously they never got the bird :angry: but they are meant to be picking it up this morning, we shall see what happens.

there not on it was a new outfit setting up i wont be accepting them for future collections birds come first there service starts with been prompt curtious and actualy having boxes to run the buisness with

used them a few weeks back,took 35 hours to deliver birds from cumbria?? birds arrived badly dehydrated so wont

be using them again

thay also came to me to collect 10 ybs no boxes ended up having to give them an old wooden traing creat that i used for strays,i did not book them but i hope i dont get them again.
