I have reported to RPRA but it says can take 2 to 3 days to contact owner/me. I know nothing about pigeons and need to reunite with owner as soon as possible.

Would you believe, no club secretaries in CA3 everything but

 

if you ring the nearest secretary to you - they will probably know of a fancier not far away who can come and collect the bird and look after it until the owner is contacted
