Blaz Re Confirmation If Needed

Having just read the post below in quotes by Oldyellow LET ME SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT, for once and for all, regarding the "HELP FOR HEROES" Auction.

 

this site was not responsible for the sale two members were , im sure they'll be happy to do so when they come on until then the matter is closed , if anyone wishes to persue help the heros to find out there more than welcome , but i suggest there carefull as strong alegations without proof is liable , as Blaz is not here to answer in person this subject is closed. 1) Two members helped run this Auction at the request for help from the man who's Brain Child it was (King Billy).

 

2. Blaz had FULL control of the financial side of this Auction, and I will say without fear of contradiction, that not one penny crossed my hands on this matter. I have had just about enough of the innuendo's associating me with any miss dealings regarding this Auction. So I will also say that any "finger pointing" towards me without proof can also be classed liable.

 

3. ALL RECORDS of my involvement with organising this Auction on the open forum, along with ALL pm's, before, during, and after this sale, have been kept by me along with any "Threads/Posts" relating to the Auction.

 

4. This site, had full knowledge of this Auction, and at no stage prior, during or after, made any indication that it was not in agreement with it being organised, and run, on "pigeonbasics.com". Therefore the site has a "moral obligation" to try and resolve any issues relating to this Auction, and deal with these issues within this sites rules.

 

I WISH TO MAKE IT QUITE CLEAR TO ADMIN, MODS AND MEMBERS THAT ANY FURTHER REFERENCE, ABOUT MY INVOLVEMENT REGARDING FINANCIAL IRREGULARITIES RELATING TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED AUCTION, EITHER BY INFERENCE OR OTHERWISE, BY PM OR ON THE OPEN FORUM, WILL BE DEALT WITH LEGALLY.

Hi Bob, how do you know the admin of the site are not doing all they can to resolve this?

 

Also, I believe all cheques were made payable to the fund its self, and there for, surely those who purchased birds, should be able to confirm if their cheque has been cashed or not, (not the ideal sollution, I agree)

 

I like everybody would like to see the close of this, and be ensured the monies have been received, but I have to say, that some people are simply jumping on the band waggon, with this one, to create trouble, which is not helping in any way, saying that, there are a lot of concerned people, who would like confirmation all monies are in the right hands. The other unfortunate situation is the organiser Blaz, has yet to appear and set the record straight.

I suggest we all calm down and let those involved resolve this situation, and then we should all be informed of the out come.

 

This once again is only my feelings/opinions on this matter, and in no way directed at any other member on here.

This sale has left a bad taste and has done the forum no favours at all!

The forum knowing the unrest regarding this should have become involved and obtained the answers from the organiser (Blaz) whose adsense will continue to fuel speculation!

Brian, as I keep being referred to as one of the organisers, it would be nice if I was kept in touch with progress mate. My statement was to detach myself from any involvement financially, and not a knock at any particular individual. I am sure you weren't classing me as one of those jumping on the bandwagon, but even with my direct involvement with the Auction.........I have no knowledge of the financial aspect of the Auction, so I am as much in the dark as anyone else

At no point has the finger as you so put it been pointed at you , however you look at it whether you took any money or not you helped with the organisation of the sale and auction .

The site gave its blessing to help a charitable cause , and at no point did it say it would be accountable for proof of payment however steps have been made by the site to aquire proof of payment , albeit that all cheques were made directly to 'Help the Heros', the site gave the platform for the sale as for any moral obligation the sites is doing its uptmost to resolve this issues , as im sure you are as you also have a greater moral obligation been co-organiser .At no point has this site made any aqusations about any eregularitys at anytime about either co-organiser and have stated that this mater is been looked into and the site has made contact with help the heros , yet again this matter is closed until we have any news on this matter

it is time the mods on here stopped sticking their ore in and let the truth be known once this has happened lock the thread.But as i have said before when it get close to the truth on basics threads are locked and that makes members wonder what there hiding

We have been told by admin that is being looked into, i honestly cant tell you anymore than that at present, I admit it doesnt look good, But until we have any more answers, Would anyone please refrain from bringing this up again, If we cant get hold of blaz, what do you want us to do? the "help the heros fund" has been asked for proof, but as they were cheques, and made payable to the fund, they are hard to trace, But if anyone who bought birds from the sale could confirm there cheque has been cashed via pm to me please. I understand peoples worries, really i do, But are hands are tied really till we get more info. Sorry for any inconvience to anyone.

 

I can assure people that any future sales of this type will be run differently, And more care will be taken to ensure problems like this dont arise in the future

the point is theres no answers if cheques were made to help the heroes as a donator you can check if these have been recieved by the charity until any clarification is made we know as much as you do which is very little , as been stated Pigeon Basics have been intouch with help the heroes , blaz has not been intouch with the site so indeed he has not made the information you require available , so whats the point of continuing , when we have humanly done everything that can be done at this time , blaz may yet furnish the information required , if you want the information then approach him or help the heroes

pete youer a mod sorry mate admin i.e fifer stated he would sort it and comment and indeed make it known in the book the success of the sale thanks to com members i.e showing the public what fancier.s do ??/so far a blank wall it does not??take this long to sort out facts ??i myself have just fired off two emails and will await the reply but as you say it aint looking good

okay point taken but one last note. a 100 cheques made out sent as one would produce a recept for them to the person donateing ??correct?? now thats not very hard to work out yet it most deffo seems to be
