Webmaster Posted April 2, 2006 Report Posted April 2, 2006 Hi, I've been offline all week, and cant be on long today. I have been notified of one or ten things happening this week on here while I've been offline. Its a great shame that I cant leave the site for a few days and everything to carry on as normal. I havent had a chance to read any of the topics yet, but will be skimming them in the next few mins, and I'll do what I have to do. I wish to apologise to our genuine members for being away, and what it has lead to. Richard Webmaster
Guest Posted April 4, 2006 Report Posted April 4, 2006 Far be it from me to tell you your Job Richard, but some of us on here are very sad that Clockman/Saleman has left the list. Saleman did a fantastic job with our on line auction and It is very sad to loose such a hardworking member of our group. Perhaps when the dust has settled an invitition to rejoin the Forum could be sent to Clockman/Saleman Thanks very much

Webmaster Posted April 4, 2006 Author Report Posted April 4, 2006 Makes two of us. Was baffled by Richard's original post, completely mystified now!! :-/ My original post was posted because I had a phonecall that things were 'slightly out of sorts' on here (while I'd been offline the week). I managed to get online and posted that (thinking the worst) without having time to read any of the posts or to see what was going on, which is maybe why it was a bit off the wall :B
snowy Posted April 4, 2006 Report Posted April 4, 2006 agree 100% clockman should come back, as its experienced members like himself, that us new starters rely on.

Guest Posted April 6, 2006 Report Posted April 6, 2006 DUE TO THE TOPIC ETS ON PIGEON POLITICS BOARD READ TO FIND MORE. Gave up less than half-way through, obviously before the incident you are talking about, Westy. Hope we haven't heard the last of the guy, last time I saw him on-line, Fifer was trying to coax him to come down off his roof, ;D ;D ;D one way or another ;D ;D ;D PS - Hope you have better luck Fifer getting him back on-side, preferably in one piece.
TheSaddler Posted April 6, 2006 Report Posted April 6, 2006 I've just read the thread again to see if I missed something! I personally found it useful... If people leave then so be it... No offence intended to clockman - As I dont know you. In a democratic society everyone has the right to voice there opinions - whether there right or wrong. If we all had the same views/opinions then the site would be of little value.. I disagree with many posts- But I also learn a few things from others. Diversity is the way forward!
