carl Posted June 1, 2006 Report Posted June 1, 2006 received goods today , broken insert to drinker / 2 sachets missing (to be sent later not in stock) i ask you wat sort of way to run business ? I ordered from them once and my order came back ok but with a bottle of garlic oil missing from order,i was charged for this and they told me they were waiting to get it back in stock and i will get it when it comes in stock.Well im still waiting over a year later,i did phone them up and they didnt have a clue what i was on about..
morton Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 Same problems, recently. depatch chap said he didn't know why there was a delay so spoke to the manager, she said the delivery time quoted was for AFTER they decided to despatch it. When I spoke to her it hadn't been despatched but I got it the next day !! Funny that...... But shall be buying else where in future.

GREENGRASS Posted June 5, 2006 Report Posted June 5, 2006 ordered garlic juice to use in the drinker Van Hee product and some other bits and pieces when order arrived no garlic juice, note attached to say it will follow, waited 2 weeks still no garlic juice so i phoned and still not in stock. lady asked if i would take a replacement product so i said ok it arrived a week later and it was garlic oil and not juice, phoned up to ask why and was told to post it back if i did not want it. not great customer service.
