hi folkies i have a question , do any of you have problems with boddy ridewood  re, deliveries or payments ? because everytime i make an order for various items i get shaf-ted i place an order for 1 week delivery i get it 34 days later , i place an order 48 hrs delivery i get it 168 hrs later , this i find £%$^%&&^ annoying . is there anything i can do about this ?

I had similar problem and wont be ordering again either.... 4-5 days delivery came in 21 days.

ive never had any problems with them but ive only used 4 times.

have you spoke to boddy & ridewood about this and ifso what did they say ?

I have used them and had no problems, but I only live about 40 miles away from them.

spoke to their manager and was told ( basically i will receive goods when they are told to despatch them) so basically the time they specify doesnt count u place an order and receive it when they can be bothered to deliver *&^%$?"

 

 

as a thought if i dont use boddy then were can i get same goods from ?

NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM BEFORE BUT I STOPPED USING THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE AND YOU CAN GET MOST THINGS CHEAPER FROM SUPPLIERS WHO ADVERTISE IN THE BHW MOST WEEKS

I've just this minute put a £150 order in with Boddy and ridewood (online)

so I'll let you know how I get on.

received goods today , broken insert to drinker  / 2 sachets missing (to be sent later not in stock) i ask you wat sort of way to run business ?

Its just arrived now, so not too bad I suppose, it was free delivery for buying online.

i bought online but still had to pay post / packing

Tried to buy video from murray and mills for 25 pounds then they told me it would cost 47 pounds to post it i told them where to go
