   I PLACED AN ORDER WITH B&R NEARLY 4 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE'NT RECIEVED A SAUSAGE  ALTHOUGH THEY TOOK PAYMENT ONLY A DAY AFTER RECIEVING MY ORDER!

    APPARENTLY ONE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK BUT NOBODY CONTACTED ME (THEY HAVE 2 PHONE No's AND AN E-MAIL ADRESS)

   THEY'VE BEEN SLOW IN THE PAST BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

   TOLD THEM TO KEEP THEIR STUFF AND REFUND ME. I'M VOTING WITH MY FEET AND WILL BE USING SOMEONE ELSE IN FUTURE. ??)

Suggest you use P. J. Lofts, they are just down the road from me, plus the fact the are cheaper than B & R

i've had the same problem with B&R, i waited nearly 4 weeks for a delivery but the payment was taken the next day,i did cancel and went elsewhere.I'd never give them an order again!!!

      GOOD FOR YOU NUMA, IF WE HAVE PROBLEMS LIKE THIS, CANCELLING ORDERS WILL HOPEFULLY SEND OUT THE RIGHT KIND OF MESSAGE.

We were in Scarborough and decided to stock up at B&R, the service there was just as bad as online, not much stock and staff who did not seem to care. They seem to have gone more into the dog/cat etc stock very little pigeon products on show.

  When I cancelled, the guy on the other end of the phone wasn't at all bothered, no apology, nothing at all to suggest they gave a hoot. Maybe they're quite happy to lose the pigeon trade, well they've lost me!

Well customer service does not get any better than this, I ordered some multivits and other bits and pieces from PJ LOFTS yesterday morning and they arrived in the post this morning.

   Just for the record,  after mutually agreeing a refund it still took them TWO WEEKS  to refund me!  Be warned, this could happen to you.
