Tammy, I have always posted the pics of all the shows I have attended, but since two mods on here have indicated to me that it is a racing pigeon site not a fancy pigeon site, so I posted them on http://pigeons4u.18.forumer.com/ which now have copyright on them.

This may seem out of order, but no where near as bad as some of the members from this site harassing the 16 year old girl who runs it.

Me, I will deal with all the flack I get either in banter or serious because I am not a clone and have a different opinion to some members on the site.

whoever takes an image owns the copyright, not a webmaster running a forum, it doesnt matter where they are posted unless you agree in writing to assign the copyright to other individuals........ take my word for it, i'm due in majorca shortly to shoot a few images and no matter who uses or publishes them they will not own the copyright, even if they buy the images from me

The only time I can think of her being harassed was between her and Bruno. Please tell me of the other times???

The other times were personal messages and emails to Steph, which she has deleted, I have asked her from now on to save them and pass them on to the appropriate authorities.

This type of harassment needs stopped, she is only 16 and I find it sad that so called adults behave in this way towards her.

Her site is solely for fancy pigeons, so in no way should it affect Pigeon Basics which is a racing pigeon site, she has a link for Pigeon Basics on her site for anyone that is interested.

In respect for Steph I am no longer posting on this matter, I have posted the facts as I know them and it is up to anyone viewing to make up their own minds

did you honestly ,, being a site member,and obviously not trying to cause bother??, need anyone to tell you whats on the site and whats not on the site,,any pics you post of shows etc should be on that section ,,,as i posted on that section for tammy to name his pigeon that "won a prize in a class with a massive entry at blackpool show ",,,,i also had the lovliest pm from steph,, "not wanting to cause bother" which i still have ,,duncan your the one thats causing bother , and a lot are seeing through that,, dear knows why , you seem a decent lad, chickadee a lovely lady so why cause bother , i honestly dont know

Photos are the takers copyright, as a member previously said.

If you have respect for Steph I would have thought that you would have respected her decision to leave the site to leave these 'problems', and finally put them to bed. I have never been informed of any harassment or any other complaint; and I expect the people directly involved will inform me if this indeed has been the case.

As we have been taken so far off topic, I shall now lock it.
