keep the heed folks , im trying my best , surely nothing wrong with that , its just that i have built up lots of info in the last few years, regarding these perigrines,,,,,, gave the shu about 500 rings from the perigrines nest,,AFTER the rspb had cleared them of rings, with the letters from the gamekeepers that found them , and there whereabouts, but that was a while ago ,whether shu have kept them, i dont know, so you carry on with your interview,,,,,,two heeds are better than one,,,,then off course theres other papers too,,,so i dont get the gist of this fuss, i say the more that TRY and help the better,,,,,,toofawest seems familiar to me,somehow, looking at past posts,,,,i say lets all pull from the same rope and try and let the public know the truth

had a good chat on pm with toofarwest , both of us mad at that article but no problems whatsoever,, theres never any harm meant on both sides , so were looking forward and keeping trying, together , both of us passing each other info,, the way it should be   :) [as with all of us ], thanks for pm t,f,w,,,, both feel better now :)

Heard enouth what sunday mail  had to say about NV51 and our beloved pigeons,do you really think they will listen this time.DONT THINK SO ' They make me laugh they swoop at 200mls hr on pigeons and song birds,what the hell are they so concerned about ,and what about our song birds going extinct,wish they would fly into the R.S.P.B at 200mls hr and take out some of them.

the place in q was sutherland in the far north of scotland were only grouse and cattle live the sheep went wen rob roy and the clans went as they were not needed any more get my meening lol.

THE BIRD WAS IN TRAINING FOR A 238 MILE RACE FROM ST MALO IN BRITTANY TO MALVERN IN WORCESTOR SHIRE. THE 100 POUND ENTRY FEE HAD NOT BEEN PAID, BUT THE BIRD FAILED APPEAR, AND IS BELEIVED TO HAVE FALLEN VICTIM, TO A PERIGRINE FALCON, OR SPARROW HAWK.

THE QUEEN WHO IS PATRON OF THE ROYAL PIGEON RACING ASS,MAINTAINS A FLOCK OF ABOUT 160 BIRDS AT HER LOFT AT SANDRINGHAM. HER LATE MOTHER WAS ALSO A VERY KEEN PIGEON FANCIER,  THE ROYAL LOFT WAS ESTABLISHED WHEN KING LEAPOLD OF THE BELGIANS GAVE SOME TOP RACING PIGEONS TO ALBERT EDWARD,LATER KING EDWARD vii,

 

off course this made news as it wasnt joe bloggs down the road,

I ALSO THINK THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE MORE AWARE OF THESE FANTASTIC BIRDS THAT SAVED SO MANY LIVES, DURING THE FIRST WORLD WAR WHICH WERE AWARDED THE DICKEN MEDAL FOR BRAVERY, SOME ARRIVING SHOT, SOME WITH LEGS MISSING ETC ETC, BUT GOT THE MESSAGE BACK, AND SAVED SO MANY MANY LIFES, IF IT WERENT FOR THESE BIRDS A LOT OF US WOULD NOT BE HERE TODAY,
