Not 100% sure but think you have to go through your fed sec

just send of to your region sec n they will send you a form then fill it in and get the club sec to sign it. You will have to say which award your goin for as all regions have diferant ones

I won one in 2002, you have to go through your region secretary but you also have to send the result sheet aswell, I was told if you hav'nt the result sheet you can't apply for the award.

Jason ive had 3 birds put up in the past n never asked for the result sheets just the secs to sign it it might be differant regions have differant rules

Get in touch with the region secretary stating with categories you wish to enter and he will send you the forms to be filled in and signed by your club secretary.
