when they get froze up put the others in and let the frozen ones thaw out

put the frozen one in the house to thaw out

the one you put in when you feed them will take at least 1 hour to freeze up so there is plenty of time for them to get a drink

hi nancy view lofts, im not a beleiver in lighting or heating as such, but found that by fitting a towel rack at each side of the loft [ bought at the scrappies for £1  each], produced just enough warmth to keep the drinkers from freezing , and allthough the loft was still cold , it also helped  keeping any dampness at bay, the pipes on it were barely even warm , but it did the trick

well if ya dont have a jumper then ive no comment as i dont wont bruno to take me stars away ****** (joke)  well not that cold enough to be frozen

down  here yet but then its olny freezing at night so the pigeons dont drink in the darkness thay should be roosted, time light fall the  frost should of melted in the drinkers, but dont think this time of year it happened yet not cold enought Speck :-/

Use to put a bit of salt in the water... now I just give them fresh water twice a day... if they ever get frozen, that would be ample.
