Guest Posted April 8, 2007 Report Posted April 8, 2007 how did you manage to confirm it had the highest velocity in the british isles ? ;D ;D ;D :Dthe only fed that raced theat day dafty ;D ;D ;D ;D
Guest Vic Posted April 8, 2007 Report Posted April 8, 2007 And finally. I am starting to get into this............. ;D ;D ;D ;D becoming a computer Whizzkid maybe? Yes! this "Whizzkid" is somewhat proud of his "Whizzbanger" because we belong to a very, very, select club, Don't you agree ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Guest Vic Posted April 8, 2007 Report Posted April 8, 2007 OK You Guys, Now for some facts. The velocity of my pigeon was checked out by a very, very knowledgeable pigeon flyer , who thought I would be in for a shout for the Georga Slade "ALL SWING TROPHY" whatever it is called. But that took place the following week. The velocity by the way was 1878.126. Which on the day bettered many of the big organisations racing on a busy weekend .I can't type as fast as I could at one time, and hate to lose postings , so I will make this a two parter.................Cont.
Guest Vic Posted April 8, 2007 Report Posted April 8, 2007 Sorry! "The Swing Clear Trophy" it should read. Anyhow it was noticed that my velocity had beaten the NW Combine, The Midland National, THe Scottish National, The NIPA, The huge Up north Combine AND the National Flying Club to boot, and all the illustrious North Road Flying clubs. ;D ;D ;D ;D AND more satisfying for myself, .the great Liverpool Amal. This bird had the highest velocity over the weekend by sheer luck, perhaps I had more chance of winning the lottery. OK if you can find a better velocity, please let me know, but this little whizzbanger will always hold a place in my heart. Cheers, Vic ;)
