Hello just joined your site and would like to know some things

1.  How do you become a veteran, is it experience with pigeons or time on site

2.  Who controls the content

3.  What is the advice based on, does any one have a vetenary background

4.  Do you need to be registered with an association

If any of the most experienced ones could help answer these questions it would be appreciated or just point me in the right direction
