tracing a pigeon SU 04 NW

hi i can do with a little help,a fancier in my club has a pigeon SU 04 NW 3076 he has owned the bird for around a year and is breeding really good pigeons he asked me if i could try and find out a little info on it,so can anyone help thanks

its a  camelon club bird but dont think its going now, ask bruno

so if he owns it for about a year did he not get a transfer is it a stray?
