THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF TALK ABOUT THE EASTBOURNE RACE AND WHAT WENT ON IN IT.THE POINT I WANT TO MAKE WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING UNTOWARD WENT ON IS THERE ARE A LOT OF RUMOURS GOING ON IN SCOTLAND RIGHT NOW ABOUT SOMEONE WHO WAS AT THIS RACE AND WHETHER THEY ARE TRUE OR FALSE IS NOT MY POINT BUT WHY HAS THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE OF WHOM SOME ARE MEMBERS ON THIS FORUM ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN WHEN THE MAN WHO THE JUNGLE DRUMS ARE BEATING ABOUT MIGHT BE INNOCENT??? :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/

While I agree with your sentiments, it is my understanding that the matter is the subject of legal action and the person involved in the allegations [whatever those are] is seriously ill in hospital because of them.

 

Consequently, it is my judgement as moderator that this Site cannot be used to discuss this matter not only because of the legal implications, but more importantly because it would be plain bad manners and in the poorest possible taste to do so while the person is hospitalised.
