Guest Vic Posted August 24, 2007 Report Posted August 24, 2007 Going down to Crewe on Thursday, with a reasonable team . (first time ever). We are racing Taunton this week, I have 43 there within two clubs, and will be sending thirty to the national.I will be sending ALL my hens,. Some of the cocks I have doubts about. In other words I will be retaining the cocks of my choice. Tomorrow may be a hard race , the harder the better. They should be on song for Guernsey if the weather suits. I may be behind, but I'm having a go for a change.
thunderboult Posted August 24, 2007 Report Posted August 24, 2007 best of luck to you vic for having a go
Guest Vic Posted August 24, 2007 Report Posted August 24, 2007 Sorry guys, can't use the digitals as in the past, hence not reaching the point of the post, which was clocking stations. The clocking stations printed in this years handbook (NFC) do not exist. So where does Vic go from here? Somebody said that any recognised ex NFC clock setter can set my clock, providing he is still setting club clocks. Any truth in this? Anyway, enough of this crap! All I need is the closest legitimate place where I can have my clock dealt with, : by NFC standards. :
PIGEON_MAN Posted August 24, 2007 Report Posted August 24, 2007 VIC,I am pretty sure you will have to have your clock set at a reconised NFC clock station, ring around the nearest to you in the handbook or failing that ring the secretary and ask him, there must be a clock station somewhere up that way close to you surely.
Fair Play Posted August 24, 2007 Report Posted August 24, 2007 You should have checked the NFC web page all the clocking stations are there, don't know where you are from but I am sure there would have been one to suit
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted August 25, 2007 Report Posted August 25, 2007 Quite sure there is one at the bottom of the Mersey ;D ;D ;D
