AYE SOMETIMES THE TIME OF THE LIBERATION MAKES A VAST DIFFERENCE TO THE RESULTS WHEN THE FIRST DROP HAVE THE ADVANTAGE ALL THE TIME OVER FOLK AT THE BACK, OFTEN HAPPENS IN RACES UP HERE AS WELL , HARD THING TO JUDGE THOUGH TO SUIT EVERYBODY

Most - sooner or later - realise that the bigger clubs put those in 'Well Positioned' benefits first!

Obviously those in favourable positions far out weigh those not, in numbers. This is where they have the cake and eat it, and of course their bread is buttered.

This is made so overwhelmingly clear when one considers that some fed - quite a lot actually - fly more pigeons each week than so called National do every so often.

Let alone combines and concerns like the Up North etc.

Through, and increasingly more so now, they cater for the blocks and totally ignore the 'Lesser placed'!

Why they forever collared the sections 'Pools' where ever possible via splitting them up and placing them with the more fortunate. By golly and what crap excuses for injustices they used! Like the bigger sections should fly for more ... well they did for more easy in them.... hence more and more leave and silly scenarios used to explain away their selfishness.

Like the NRCC... or East Coast Club. No0w if in predominately West in wind they vote that Kidderminster should fly against Lowestoft!!! and they wonder why the masses have left in droves. 7 in Northants fly the NRCC!!!

Purely because of the greed of placing them in the same section as Lowestoft, Norwich Kings Lynn and Lincoln lol.

Then one asks why they don't bother sending their money each race to bolster their' coffers! At least they should have fair and just section which is what the majority fly ... well did fly for!

And when one looks at the numbers Feds and the like send each week, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to wake up and smell the coffee.

i could not agree more, what gets me is why lib that late in a strong n,wind it dosnt take alot off weighing up does it that we up here would stuggle, they want all the advantages all off the time, >:(

Mike has a struggle to lie straight in bed I reckon. Like I say the excuses are often incredulous.

NRCC won't liberate unless it's an absolute nec if any east in wind, no matter how slight.

These concerns do, and have always catered for the priviledge few, the rest are there to make up numbers and bolster the coffers.

The reasoning that they can't control the weather etc. is valid of course. But just what has that to do with where and when the Liberate?

Further and more importantantly what has that to do with Boundries and section!!!

I resigned and save much money better spent on feed, training and loft improvements that waste money on 'PipeDreams'.

Rather fly against 3 - ten times more in fed than in National sections where members are nigh 150 mile to mile East!

MNFC out of order liberating that late - no consideration for the back markers at all. I clocked at 6.13 flying 282 miles with 3 early next morning. Everyone at our clock station agreed they were up to late. Good pigeon the one you got on the night as i was getting pretty dark by 7.15. I would guess that the Bridlington & Scarborough pigeons fly even further than you so what chance did they have?

I think they do I fly 306 miles I also got 4 the next morn but why didn’t they hold till sun and go early much better day and given our by's a chance >:(

Because you aren't of importance ... other than to bolster the privileged ones coffers.

Rose I agree ... but then those that fly in reality for a decent 'Section' places get it put up them via moving them into Eastern sections. To save costs is one silly scenario... How when the birds are taken 50 miles or more to THEM!

The best being 'Well you don't have many flyers your way now ... and it is getting less every year'! Not surprised eh, when LIKE the NFC tried also, to give many a 150 mile front! Centre screwed big time every time. So if the centre can't have a sensible section, - and it costs just as much as any one else to send - you end up just flying against the odd member that bothers in your Club / Fed, indeed the Fed / Club are most like at the same site, and use to take our birds, and remarkably every year less bothered to race with the Nationals and have the birds duplicated back into the club. Once every member was a member, then fewer till now 90% don't both, indeed only 6% or less. And they call them 'National'.

Better chances / prizes are in a box of cornflakes!
