Guest dogeon Posted November 8, 2007 Report Posted November 8, 2007 i am new to racing as i only did the ybs this year what would the best feed to put the race team on. i fed them breed and wean until i tained them and then a mixture of diiferent types. but would like opinions on the best that others have found good

just ask me Posted November 9, 2007 Report Posted November 9, 2007 best thing i found when i started is to listen to advice but if u can get ure hands on a book that was written in last few years dont go back to far most good books will have a weekelly plan for feeding also take into account different feeds for different distances a good read is kevin hursts book east to west covers feeding very well amongst other things

I'll go to distance in a few years so advice on what sort of corn for sprint would be helpful

little sam Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 if its a good quality mix then dont change becasuse they will become under stress if you just change it all at once if your going to change then do it by adding the new mix 5% at a time
