I've just been reading the theories section on sexing pigeons.

 

My question is my two logans are about 10 weeks old and if I look carefully they are both frowning at rear.

 

They also puff up their necks and coo.  Does this mean they are both male?

Do female puff up and coo?

um. no the way to now is well my grndpa tolled me hes been in since world war 2 or something like that theres a difference in the legs. the males hae a thinker fatter and stronger leg than the females have a skinnyer and not as strong.  8)

the hens also coo i think that they have paired m8 unless they fight then u probably got either 2 cocks or maybe 2 hens and cocks somtimes bigger than hens   that is SOMTIMES

this dosent work on fantails but when you hold the pigeon push its thumb as i like to call it agaist the other three toes if it goes in the middle its a cock if to the side its a hen read it in a book somewear or look for the obvious signs

just have a little patience,, and the one that lays is a hen,,,fool proove ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D     [they sound like cocks , but hens can puff up a bit if tame at 10 weeks]
