oldguy Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 HI I posted this question in another thread earlier, but got no replies anyone got a comment ......Can anyone tell me the ideal measurement between V perches both horizontal and vertical also whats the minimum distance to be used....... posted here last time http://www.pigeonbasics.com/forum/blah/m-1201557218/s-45/
jimmy white Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 "v" perches come in different sizes , but i should think , the further apart the better ,, less pigeons= less work= less desease = more contented birds but dont think there are any" ideal measurements"
john robo Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 i have mine 12" apart (1 foot), find this way they are just far enough apart to stop them fighting. the crap also seems to miss to 1 below.
oldguy Posted February 8, 2008 Author Report Posted February 8, 2008 thanks guys, thats another one crossed off my list
