Any one had any problems with meditech?

Hi all, anyone had any problems with meditech lately? i orderd some stuff 2 weeks ago, i phoned them saturday, and they said it would be posted monday as they had internet problems, still no stuff, and tried to phone them yesterday and today, and no 1 answers, bit worried, as i have used them loads before, and order always arrives within 48 hours. cheers :-/
