Be Warned

Down in Highlittleton there is a fancier called Johny Forrester, last year John had a turn for the worse and had a stroke. He has spent over a year in Hospital and I don’t believe many would have expected him to recover. Whilst he is still in a wheel chair and still hasn’t got full use of his arms back he is determined to get back into pigeon racing, as he said I have had a year to think about it. In fact he has returned home and its clear that part of Johns motivation was to race again next year.

Now in my mind is there a better cause than helping a fancier back to his feet, I don’t think so! I intend to raise some money for John so that his club fees, feed, training etc can be paid for next year.

So be warned I will come asking at the End of The Year as i believe we must look after our own.
