help with ets

can anyone help the rpra say that you have to have two members to check the times at the club but what happens when you go to the fed check and the other clubs have no-one that can do the job and you cant do your club ?????

surely if they are permitting the use of the ets they should have members to deal with them ??

they do have them at the club but not at the fed so do they get club positions

can someone form your club not do the check off at the fed-if thefed have the equipment surely someone must be able to operate it........or you could move to scotland......none of this hassle up here

i know i'm being thick because i don't know. but surely your club results go off to fed and fed result is compiled from this. the ets,presumably, gives a verified printout (like a clockroll) to support that club result.
