iv heard threw the grape vine that the 7 day ruleing of sending birds over the channell has been lifted.

I have never been able to quite figure this rule out  ;) ;) ;) sadly, maybe it's just me  ;) ;) ;) (I'm not to bright) from where I sit. Ridiculous !!!!!!!! when you give it a bit of thought etc. But then !!!!!!!!!!! that's bureaucracy for you, in this day & age.

Enjoy.

Just trawled through the Defra website and couldn't find anything either.

Had a look too last night, AI pages last updated around 28th August, but no change to General Conditions.

Blanket coverage can affect specific pockets very badly, as fanciers and clubs who race the Channel weekly as part of a normal Fed programme well know. Know it would mean a great deal to them so here's hoping ... and Channel Islands becoming part of Britain again would be nice.....

Watch out for some clever PR here tho on the backtracking cos, according to their blurb, DEFRA 'would have never got the Minister to agree Channel racing without the 7 day rule' .... but he's the Foreign Minister now isn't he?
