Roland Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 think you might have to go to central point to collect your birds from now on what about a haulage contractor like Eddie stobart Who sold 51% to Tesco, and now the rest.
ChrisMaidment08 Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 would not have a clue how much beer but i can find out my 20.s were spent in west wales but im from caldicot newport

Roland Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 Don't for a minute think Tesco's would be at all interested in transporting pigeons.

Roland Posted August 27, 2008 Report Posted August 27, 2008 Chris, never mind the 'Fossils' they have great knowledge... just can't help but believe that too much looking after each others interests, and the Positioned, and 'Names' are, and have always been top of their priorities. Excuse Human nature. Know several squeezed on, and either joined the clang, or just gave up. Self interests dominate, after all the sport will carry on and the plebes bridge them up. Now your prosal would quite possibly just replace them for more of the same. Old pals acts and good intentions quickly turn to self intersts and the 'Ole Boy's club' syndrome I'm afraid.

retired Posted August 27, 2008 Report Posted August 27, 2008 STOP PAYING THEIR WAGES [DONT PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEES ]THEN THEY ARE WHAT IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS [F****D]THEN SEE IF IT ALL CHANGES. Great idea Les however the chances of it happening are about the same as me winning the lottery tonight It would be very difficult to propose such action to the membership also, what with the BHW being governed by the Reddings

We are putting together a proposal and will be liasing with the RPRA. All your thoughts and ideas greatly appreciated. We are fully insured and licensed. thanks Suzanne
OLDYELLOW Posted August 27, 2008 Report Posted August 27, 2008 very good Yorkshire Animal Ambulance , Perhaps you could add your site via a link also what prices you intend to charge.
Guest Posted August 27, 2008 Report Posted August 27, 2008 all these companies will be geting in touch with the RPRA [sO WHY THE BLOODY HELL CANT THE MEMBERSHIP ]every body that is a member of the RPRA WILL at some time have to pay to get lost birds back ,the out side companies will charge for the birds return and it will have to add up to more than a one off payment of betwen £10 and £30 look at what you will save in the long run ,no disrespect to the others for trying to earn a living and also helping us ,but what we could achevieve as members would be the best you could ever get because of the amount of money we would have at our disposal [WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFE ]before we miss the chance ,and the GM will have a reason to say it is to late because joe blogs is doing it ,[and dont for get joe blogs will not be asking for a one of payment of £30 or less]
