OLDYELLOW Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 theres good birds and bad birds the infashon ones are good uns by the time you traced most of your birds heritage you'l be buying in near enough same pigeons back in , they'll cross well as from a different loft i think we need to get away from strains there just the loft that bred a few good pigeons im sure the more that gets sold the more less worthy pairs get used just to keep up with demand
kirky Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 my kirkys have served me well for the last 10 years, every year i get something in to race against them, but thay dont come up to scratch so out thay go,
just ask me Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 well for me the have been a few been around a bit longer than a year the soonjens have to be one for a sprint pigeon they are making there mark at most distances another sprint bird would be the louis cooremans there making there mark where ever they go and in the one loft race two year back i think there was 5 cooremans in the 20 could be wrong on that
Wiley Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 What family hasnt produced succesful birds at sometime :-/ In this country Rose, quiet a few, the thing is there so many families about, and obviously not all are good.
chichichi Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 hereman ceasters - sprint to middle, you watch for these.. a few studs have invested heavily in them.. the old strain will not be beat at the distance,, too many to mention.. the best of luck ant
