You'll all be wanting replacement wrist and elbow joints with all the winding up you will have to do, better getting the misses a bike and run a dynamo off that to power your loft lights, be a lot cheaper and healthier plus it would give her something to do and in the long term she would loose some of the flab she's carrying through sitting on the sofa eating chocolates watching them useless soaps opera's.
