grizzle_hen Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 We stayed at the Kenbarry Hotel, Albert Road, great location being round the corner from the Winter Gardens, only downside was that they messed the booking up, insisted that they didn't have it, even though I had emails of confirmation and then wanted to charge us more than we had been quoted!

grizzle_hen Posted January 26, 2009 Report Posted January 26, 2009 Even with the email, they still tried to blame it on us! And kept the rate of £27.50 instead of the £35 that they reckoned they were charging for the Blackpool weekend
