yes as far as i understand. If you make a false floor in your sputnik and sandwhich the pad between the two floors it will comply.

the welsh rules are diff again, the bird must be within the confines of the loft or trapping system which means the pad has to be loft side of any bob wires or within a sputnik but the WHPU has no limit on the number of pads!

To me Phil saying the pad cant be on the underside of the sputnik trap when the pigeon obviously has to drop into the trap to be timed therefore it is within the confines of the loft is like saying if you have a conservatory and you are sitting in it you are'nt in your house mate :-/

i didn't write the rules but if pad is under sputnik then its under sputnik and not within confines of loft etc.

lol

something else i mentioned the other day that needs resolving is the number of pads, a member of the WHPU can have 20 pads if they wish without anyproblem but what will happen if said member the wins the NFC and they come to verify the winner? Under RPRA the member is limited to three pads and under the rules would disqualify the member!

Oh what fun!

the rules do need some consistancy though.

What are the rules in NEHU, NWHU, IHU and SHU regarding the number of pads?
