Guest numpty01 Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 ummmmmm so underneath is questionable then
THE FIFER Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 get a power pack, or even 2. keep one spare,
pjc Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 ummmmmm so underneath is questionable then yes as far as i understand. If you make a false floor in your sputnik and sandwhich the pad between the two floors it will comply.
Guest numpty01 Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 i shall look into it i think mates is underneath and i was sure he was wrong
ALF Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 the welsh rules are diff again, the bird must be within the confines of the loft or trapping system which means the pad has to be loft side of any bob wires or within a sputnik but the WHPU has no limit on the number of pads! To me Phil saying the pad cant be on the underside of the sputnik trap when the pigeon obviously has to drop into the trap to be timed therefore it is within the confines of the loft is like saying if you have a conservatory and you are sitting in it you are'nt in your house mate :-/

Gail J Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 i didn't write the rules but if pad is under sputnik then its under sputnik and not within confines of loft etc. I didn't write them either Phil but yes the pads must be in the confines of the loft not outside

Gail J Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 Thanks Gail, knew you'd confirm it or tell me i'm wrong. :'( Were any changes made to the WHPU ETS rules at the AGM? No Phil, proposal to remove Rule 22 but was defeated, hopefully agm minutes will be out shortly

pjc Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 :'( :'( :'( i aint got any freinds :'( :'( :'( :'( : lol something else i mentioned the other day that needs resolving is the number of pads, a member of the WHPU can have 20 pads if they wish without anyproblem but what will happen if said member the wins the NFC and they come to verify the winner? Under RPRA the member is limited to three pads and under the rules would disqualify the member! Oh what fun!
pjc Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 anyway going back to thread if you aint got electric on site get car alternator put it on pole and let wind charge batters for you that way you aint got hump them about don't rely on the wind, get a couple of hamsters!
Gail J Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 if you are flying RPRA Phil just make sure you disconnect the other 17 ;D ;D
Jeremy Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 Numpty is your windmill on your estate running your ets pads
pjc Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 the rules do need some consistancy though. What are the rules in NEHU, NWHU, IHU and SHU regarding the number of pads?
