Guest CINNAMON SPUNKMEYER Posted April 28, 2009 Report Posted April 28, 2009 What idiot has put this ring on a yearling, no records here for 89, wait until I find out who it is :-/ the cuprit has done the right thing by himself as he now washes his hands of it and lets others do the leg work and sorting it out. so is he an idiot or just a bit sharper than some? its a view so you tell me !!
Guest strapper Posted April 28, 2009 Report Posted April 28, 2009 maybe a rule could come out ,stating that birds over a certain age should be registered for racing, this would stop this full stop!...and clubs be held responsible to registra them. : : : ;D ;D ;D
pjc Posted April 28, 2009 Report Posted April 28, 2009 what you going to do to them gail? ;-) wish i knew, i might claim it! :P

If you did this in the RPRA you would have to register the rings in your name so that you could race them, even then it wouldn,t be as youngbirds, can,t see anyone doing that unless they waited until they were yearlings then they could be raced.

Gail J Posted April 28, 2009 Author Report Posted April 28, 2009 Some responsible people do re-register them at 10 years but obviously this fancier is not a responsible person
pjc Posted April 28, 2009 Report Posted April 28, 2009 as we know a lot of pigeons are capable of living longer than 10years and with the age of computers why can't records be kept for 20years as it wouldn't create a paper mountain would it?
