how do you find out who owns a ets ring if its not registered to you ?? the reason i ask is a mate lost a late bred back beginning of april training and a few weeks later ie last week it came back to his loft wearing a bricon ets ring so someone has been racing a bird that is not theirs .

assignd the ring to a bird on the date base of your clock at the club , and it should tell you the loft number of the persons  who had the bird as it should ask you if u wish to overwrite the loft number

anybody found to be racing someone elses birds should be fined and heavily reprimanded by the appropriate union or fed, this is stealing someones bird, who might have spent alot of money on their birds.
