Anyone from Plymouth

Looking for anyone who has pigeons in the Kingstamerton area of Plymouth.

 

I've come down from Scotland to visit a friend and have collected a couple of Irish pigeons to go back with me.  I will be here till Monday and need to feed them where's best place to buy a small bag of pigeon feed?

 

Went to Newquay today to collect the pigeons and one of the ladies who took one in is from Penzance and said it is shocking to see so many pigeons lying dead and dying in the streets, she counted sixty in one street alone with flocks of pigeons still flying around. Local council has clean up teams clearing them away.  She did ask for rings to be collected so she could pass them on and let the owners know the out come of there birds but was told the pigeons were a"Bio Hazard" and they couldn't let her have any.

 

Just hope some of them find the strength to make there way home.

Thanks for driving over and bringing some food for the pigeons.  Really appreciated.  I know the owners will appreciate your "donation" (ok) to there pigeons wellbeing.

I see that Trafalgar have animal rights feeding the pigeons and surrounding area's. then the council come and sweep it up.... back they go and sprinkle some more. They are saying it is illegal to stop them feeding the birds, and pigeons. Haven't heard of any prosecutions as of yet. Yes know the bribed the corn sellers etc. But apparently many come from afar to intentinally feed them.

Must say shamefully it is not as it was. And just imagine the stupid - but believed - crasse statement that was Ken's Nelson's column was covered with over 7 and a half tons of pigeon poop. Now that would have been no mean feat eh! Gosh just what hieght that must have risen eh lol... Nearly as high as the cr*p spout by Ken and other bodies like the rspb WHICH is for the gullible. No not gullible, ignarance to even try and evisage many uch statements.
