sometimes our system gets a glitch I have transferred computer info onto another module then replaced it with original data then transfer module data onto computer or try transferring another flyers data onto computer then transfer original flyers data over this

ALTHOUGH we use another system for figuring the racce so all the race calculations are done in another program so if you are using the unikon program to figure race results then I dont know if I would try this I think our system is a little diffrent here !!!

Most members have only had their systems about 18 months so battery,s should be o.k.

Are your clocks managed by the unikon software or eastcoast software?

The reason I ask is because I had the same problem last year as you describe.

We are on eastcoast software so I emailed them and explained the problem. They asked me to send all the data in a zipfile for them to look at and it turned out that a blank ets ring was causing the problem which they corrected and we haven't had any problems since. How they corrected it I have no idea.

sometimes you get this, but when you go back it works ok, switch off the base station and try again,

Tried everything I can think of but still no joy, these members use 2 pocket clocks 1 in each club was wondering if there could be a problem there as I have the one from the other club, asked them for the other 1 but weather that will make any difference I don,t know, probably have to reallocate the rings on to that one first.

Only use the Unikon software.

prior to 07 probably 1 per year

when you send in clock to get battery changed they will install updates sometimes these cause prob it is best at start of season tho ask if anyone had any work on clock done if so start with these clocks when entering data

Pigeon Man, you may have tired this but just in case you have not. Put birds on software "back Up" then exit programme. Go back into programme then sync with pocket clock and assign rings. Back UP again then sync with software.
