My family run nursing homes and in-house care around the country for the elderly and infirm, the idea has definate potential.  Pigeon Widow, who did you work for Local Authority or Private?

many thanks for all the replys it was just an idea kicking around my head the past months the idea behind it was that if fanciers wanted to carry on with the sport in some shape or form had a choice yes it would have to be run with all the right regulations and health and safey included but it would be based on the person needs the important thing here is their quaility of life there would be a loft manager to do all the things they wouldnt be able to do and all homes would be fitted with a linkline personal alarm in house and one to hang around their necks just like a normal hospital,care home or sheltered housing like i said just a thought maybe if i win the lottery i would go ahead and try the scheme well heres to wishing many thanks vinnie

Vinnie, how about writting your idea in a letter to the BHW sugesting RPRA funding etc and gauge the response?
