all y/bs have to be stamped (SHU RULE)

its only if you fly in the SNFC y/b national they have to be blotted out

this is a much bigger problem this year than others....and nothings being done so why have a rule if its not acted on by the unions?

i have had countless birds in(so have club m8s) without stamps....something as sec of my club , i make sure they have...no stamp no sending...responsiblity of stamping doesnt cost ...one of your best racers lost does!

are all these birds you got or had in been rubbered ? its only a rule they have to be stamped or marked to race you don`t need to have them marked for training .
